With over eight years of work experience as a human resource professional, working on small to global organizations. Silvana has led massive recruitment initiatives, career development, and organizational strategies that consequently guided a large number of employees and executives on fulfilling the business’s needs.  

Originally from a small town in the South of Brazil, Silvana has always dreamed of living in Canada, and five years ago, her dream became a reality. Since arriving in Canada, Silvana has grown and learned about the importance of networking and relationship building. With her HR background and her expertise in the Canadian job market, Silvana transitioned her career to the education field. Now she creates job opportunities and integrates early talents with companies across Canada. 

In her personal life, she combines her passion and professional expertise to engage in volunteer opportunities and bring value to the community. Silvana has been involved with UnstoppableMe since 2017, and since then, she has been strategizing and managing a large number of networking opportunities, providing career mentorship, interview preparation, and job search strategy.
