Having grown from the position of a telecaller to a senior manager HR, I am well aware of the ground realities and real- time challenges faced by businesses of varying size and maturity.

In the last 10 years, I have introduced effective Talent Management and Development strategies and management training / coaching programs & frameworks along with CEO & other business heads to strengthen the organization’s effectiveness.

Over years I have been identified as a ‘go to person’ for issue resolution and strategic planning. I’m enthusiastic about the work between inspiration and execution, turning a good idea into a great one, and creating impact with urgency. I am also interested and excited by how technology transforms the employee and client experience.
