I am a Project Manager with 7+ years of experience in the banking, consulting, and energy industries. I have led enterprise-wide system implementations, as well as transformational business initiatives inside companies. I hold PMP, PSM, and PSPO certifications and as a result, I am able to employ both waterfall and Agile frameworks depending on the project’s requirements. With my stakeholder management and change management skills, I thrive in fast-paced, challenging project environments. I also possess solid a IT background, being able to seamlessly transition between business and technology environments.
In my role as Project Manager at Petrobras, I developed applications, led a team that implemented, customized, and integrated platforms such as JIRA, CA PPM, Oracle CRM, and SAP ECC for the company, as well as designed the business processes that supported the Project Management systems. I supported the development of the company’s PMO, including the Capital Project Valuation methodology and portfolio management methodology.
In my current role, I manage a portfolio of projects that requires the use of Scrum and Waterfall. The project includes both Software Development (.NET) and implementation.
