Madara Balode

As an award-winning administrative professional Madara has more than 15 years of experience in supporting various executive-level teams in finance, HR, IT, logistics, sales, and marketing as well as vendor and customer management. Madara has worked in the pharmaceutical, hospitality, and service industries. 

She started her career in Latvia working for international companies where she enjoyed being part of multinational teams. Her passion for personal development and new challenges brought Madara to Canada where she has been living for the past four years. Madara’s personal experience as a newcomer helps her in her volunteer work with UnstoppableMe.rocks where she assists with program delivery, events, and social connections.

Madara strongly believes that in order for a project to be successful there has to be a place for good humor. 

As an introvert Madara enjoys working backstage making sure that everything is taken care of for operations to work smoothly. However, from time to time you can see her stepping into the limelight as well, hosting events and addressing teams. 

Madara is a passionate sailor and learns to lead a sustainable lifestyle.
