I help clients clarify their employment and career goals so that they can make informed decisions regarding their next steps in their careers. I help streamline job search processes so that clients do not have to go around in circles when searching and applying for jobs.

I also support JVS by developing community partnerships with ethno specific groups, Professional Immigrant Networks, and associations to run a Group Mentoring Program for newcomers to Canada.
