Christian Valdez

My philosophy is very simple; focus on your strengths, transferrable skills, and be kind and respectful to others. I enjoy working with people and people are my main focus in and outside of work. Part of my nature is to be as positive as I can and knowing that my energy and optimism will inject others with perspective in the world including the workplace. To me, learning and mentoring during my free time is extremely important because during a mentoring session I get to sealed my learnings by teaching someone else.
